Who Am I?
I’m Kevin Gately, a vision-driven leader at the intersection of AI, strategy, ands financial services. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve helped organizations transform how they operate — from capital markets and trading lifecycle optimization to building enterprise-scale AI solutions.
What defines my work is balance: structured thinking with empathy, bold innovation with regulatory trust, and strategy with execution. I believe in making complex challenges simple, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact.
Outside of work, I’m a triathlon novice, an amateur sketch artist, a crafts partner to my daughters, and a hopelessly optimistic Mets and Dolphins fan. These personal passions keep me grounded and bring perspective to my professional life.
